Overview:
Perfect Nature Photograhy tour for Beginner & Advanced  Photographers
Natural Park and Muniellos-Fuente de Narcea Biosphere Reserve

The perfect combination of photography and sight seeing and relaxing at a Spa Hotel!.
We know you want those amazing nature photographs, but coming to Spain and not seeing the sights and enjoying the culture just doesn’t seem right!

We begin in the city of Leon with visits to the impressive cathedral of Leon. Your days will provide you with photography workshops with our prize winning photographers.  Your travels will take you from a small village to the Fuentes de Narcea shire, consisting of the Cangas de Narcea, Ibias, and Degaña townships which enfold the Natural Park and Muniellos-Fuente de Narcea Biosphere Reserve. You’ll sleep in a lovely family run Casa Rural and then in a Parador with a beautiful spa.  Visit a winery and participate in a tasting of the great local wines.

It is an incredible opportunity to walk through the lush home of the sessile oak groves in Spain, possibly the best preserved in Western Europe. The greatest presence of these groves is in the Muniellos Natural Reserve; however, other important oak groves can be found in the shady part of Degaña Valley.

This Biosphere Reserve is the largest sanctuary for endangered Cantabrian fauna since it is home simultaneously to some of the best-preserved populations of Brown bear and Cantabrian Capercaillie, in addition to significant populations of Iberian wolf.

This is an amazing opportunity to learn some new tips for your travel photography and see some the most beautiful off-the-beaten-path places in Spain!
